• We made major infrastructure investments in our existing facility, including new HVAC and compressed air systems to better support our MJF labs.
• We rolled out a company‑wide AI standard and built internal AI agents to help improve efficiency, documentation, and training across the company.
• AI tools also began playing an important role in our ongoing ISO certification efforts, particularly around compliance and internal training.
• On the team‑building side, the company hosted a golf outing and spent a day shooting a walking skeet course.
